Jeff joined Trackforce Valiant in 2000 as a partner and VP of Sales & Marketing. Previously, he owned a successful computer supply company that he later sold to OfficeMax. Since joining Trackforce Valiant, Jeff has worked to make the company the leading provider of security management software in North America.

Additionally, Jeff has been instrumental in the advancement of the Valiant Partner Marketplace, the Security Executive Roadshow, and various client events. Jeff is also a frequent speaker at various security associations and is a security industry thought leader and content curator. 

John Fratolillo

Regional Director of Operations, United Security, Inc.

John Fratolillo has been a security industry leader for over 20 years. He entered the security industry as a security officer in 1999 with First Security. John believes the best training he received was on-the-job work as a security officer working multiple accounts and varying security verticals. John credits this in-the-field training helped him become the security leader he is today.

Before becoming Regional Director of Operations at United Security Inc, John held various positions, such as Account Manager, Portfolio Manager, Branch Manager, Area Vice President for Greater Boston, and National VP of Operations for Guarding. In his current position, he leads a team of over 500 security professionals in the Northeast market, where USI is experiencing double-digit growth percentages in private, state, and federal government markets.

John has a BA in Criminal Justice from St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH, and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Curry College in Milton, MA.

John resides outside of Boston, MA, with his wife Megan and three children, Emily (15), Annie (13), and John III (11).

Jack Goldsborough

Principal Consultant, Whitehaven Advisors LLC

Jack Goldsborough has over 45+ years in the security services industry. He is the principal of Whitehaven Advisors, a specialized consulting, advisory, and M&A firm serving security owner/operators where he brings extensive experience, thought leadership, and industry-specific skills and capabilities for the benefit of its clients. Prior to Whitehaven Advisors, Jack was CFO of T&M Protection Resources. He began his career with Burns International (now part of Securitas), where he rose to the Office of the President. He also held various ownership and leadership positions with other regional and national security organizations. Jack’s corporate background spans a broad spectrum of disciplines, including organizational, operational, and financial management, focusing on debt and equity financing, acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures. He has been active in the industry as a member of ASIS and the Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State, Inc. (ALDONYS), where he served on the Board and was President from 1993-1994.
