Vice President, Elite Investigations
Kenneth J. Grossberger, PhD, MS, CPP, currently serves as Vice President for Elite Investigations. He is a security industry executive with 46 years of experience as an owner and consultant. Throughout Ken's career, he has held other positions such as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer.
To say that Ken is passionate about the industry is an understatement. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a published author, Senior Training Officer at the Elite Training School, and a New York State licensed Private Investigator and General Topics Security Instructor.
Grossberger holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice, Master's of Science in Protection Management, Master of Philosophy in Criminal Justice, and a Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
Executive Vice President & Principal, P4 Companies
Paul currently serves as Executive Vice President – Principal for P4 Security Solutions LLC and P4 Protective Services LLC. He brings to this position over 20 years of experience from both the military and private sectors. His current responsibilities include direction and oversight of: compliance, day to day operations, strategic partner relationships, tactical growth strategies, company policy and procedure development, recruiting, training, and HR oversight.
As an avid learner and someone that proactively seeks out professional development, Paul has successfully completed programs and certifications offered through FEMA, FBI, DHS, ASIS International, and various other private entities.
Throughout his career, Paul has held responsibility of large-scale teams and participated in the planning, oversight, and execution of, many high level security management events, to include: the NATO Security Conference, President Obama Election Night coverage, ASIS International Conference, various Professional Sporting Events, Chicago Cubs World Series Victory Parade, COVID-19 Strategic Staging Facilities, Dignitary Visits, Controversial Guest Speaking Engagements, Active Threat Responses, University Graduations, and Civil Disturbance Assignments.
Paul is also deeply involved with various professional organizations. He is a Past President of the Illinois Security Professionals, Chair of the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police Public/Private Liaison Committee, 2ndVice President of the Special Agents Association, and holds the prestigious Certified Protection Professional designation from ASIS International.
