Jack Goldsborough

Jack Goldsborough has over 45+ years in the security services industry. He is the principal of Whitehaven Advisors, a specialized consulting, advisory, and M&A firm serving security owner/operators where he brings extensive experience, thought leadership, and industry-specific skills and capabilities for the benefit of its clients. Prior to Whitehaven Advisors, Jack was CFO of T&M Protection Resources. He began his career with Burns International (now part of Securitas), where he rose to the Office of the President. He also held various ownership and leadership positions with other regional and national security organizations. Jack’s corporate background spans a broad spectrum of disciplines, including organizational, operational, and financial management, focusing on debt and equity financing, acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures. He has been active in the industry as a member of ASIS and the Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State, Inc. (ALDONYS), where he served on the Board and was President from 1993-1994. 

John McHugh

President, Brainstorm Studio

As the founder and President of digital marketing agency Brainstorm Studio, John has over 20 years of experience implementing successful marketing and sales programs for prominent B2B organizations nationwide, with a special focus on security and technology companies. 

John’s deep experience in security spans physical guarding firms, virtual guarding and remote training technologies, as well as cyber security.
