Michael Healea

He brings decades of experience to his current role as the CEO of a successful security company that provides Security Officer Training, Cannabis Compliance and Security Management, High-Level Personal Protection, and Advanced Security Services. 

Josh Healea

Deputy Chief, Chief Operations Officer, SecOne Security Group

Josh Healea, Chief Operations Officer of SecOne Security Group, runs the operational functions, including training. Josh is a certified Firearms, Handcuff, Baton, Pepper Spray, Flashlight, K9, and Defensive Tactics instructor. Josh graduated Valedictorian from the Silver State Law Enforcement Academy in 2019. 

Conrad Cromartie

Chief Administrative Director, HR Director

Capt. Cromartie Hails from Clarksville Tennessee. He came from a military family background and was a short-time United States Marine Corps agent. Cromartie landed in Las Vegas as an Airforce spouse, earned a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu culinary college, and has served as an executive chef in several states. He was introduced to the security world as a second part-time job, doing cannabis dispensary security. Rapidly excelling as a site supervisor at a previous company and then promoted to a Human resources position. He moved on from there to another Cannabis facility security agency (IGS) and, within six months, was promoted to a supervisor position. 

Cromartie transitioned into an HR specialist role after being discovered by Michael Healea of SecOne Security. Cromartie has been with IGS/Sec-One security for around three years now and, with the benefit of being an HR specialist, Lieutenant within the company, and showing care for his company and employees alike, is now in the role of Cpt. Cpt Cromartie heads administration, Human Resources, Billing, and Payroll. He is a close advisor to the Chief and Deputy Chief of the company.
